In an effort to increase community awareness of SHS programming and activities the school has created a new Twitter page. Please find and follow the Twitter name @suffield_hs as we are hopeful that parents, students, and the community will find this additional means of communication helpful as we highlight the wonderful things happening at SHS. Examples of some recent posts include biotechnology work happening as part of a grant through Amgen Pharmaceuticals, opening night of the SHS basketball season including a Unified Basketball game vs. East Windsor, an announcement regarding the school's commitment to the CIAC Class Act School Sportsmanship framework, and a congratulations to this year's CAPSS Student Award Recipient.

Attention Juniors and Seniors: Representatives from the following four schools will be here at SHS on Wednesday and Thursday: Hartwick College, Johnson & Wales University, Asnuntuck Community College, and Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Many of the college representatives that visit Suffield High are the same people reading your admissions application, so seniors, it maybe in your best interest to speak with them if applying to their school.
